   This is a Scarce, Mint, Elvis Presley, RCA Special Products Label, "URC-1127," 45 RPM, 7", Vinyl Record in Fantastic Condition.   It appears to have never been played. The songs are "You Gave Me A Mountain & Rags To Riches."
