Disclaimer:

Unless it states otherwise in the above description, all items are either Mint, or as close to Mint condition as possible with the vast majority either factory sealed and/or unplayed (unless otherwise clearly stated). All vinyl is as close to new as you could hope to find. Purchased at the time of release then put into dry, smoke free, darkened storage boxes.

The only time the vinyl is ever actually handled is during photography sessions, which is done so with the upmost care.

Any vinyl factory sealed within a plastic wrapping, will remain so. Therefore, no images of the vinyl record will be available.

In the case of what appears to be multiple items in a single image. Please note these are composite images of the same item, depicting both front, rear and/or any side of that particular item and in some cases for demonstration purposes, other objects may be included in the image to illustrate particular things e.g. size, dimensions, capacity, charge hold etc. You are only purchasing/bidding on a singular item, unless otherwise clearly stated above.

Important note about vinyl:

Unless originally sealed and/or in mint factory condition. All vinyl is removed from its sleeve and placed on the outside to prevent any sleeve damage whilst in transit.

 

All Vinyl is sent in specially made vinyl boxes, and when possible (space allowing), a reinforced stiffened cardboard backing and/or bubble wrap will be placed into each parcel box. Each box can safely accommodate a maximum of 2 vinyl records; (though I would not personally suggest this); it also depends on LP style and design i.e. gatefold, double vinyl etc. In the case of 3 or more vinyl purchases, extra P&P will be applied as required, subject to weight).

 

New vinyl is generally shipped with new protective plastic cover sleeves.

Used vinyl which is shown without a cover sleeve will be sent in a protective plastic cover and when applicable plain white inner paper sleeve.

Some vinyl is big holed, so 45 RPM adapters may need to be bought separately. However, if I have them spare, I will provide one at no extra cost.

As it’s the Christmas period and the risk of parcel loss are quite high. Please note all parcels of significant value (£50 or greater), will be sent 1st Signed. For items £100 + these will be sent Special Delivery. This is to ensure safe timely arrival, in addition to being covered by appropriate insurance.

If you do not wish to use this service, and wish to opt for an alternative method. Please contact me prior to purchase, as any potential losses WILL NOT BE reimbursed to the full amounts. 

Postage / Shipping:

A great deal of time and consideration has gone into preserving and maintaining collections. If and when an item is sold on, the same care and attention will be adhered. It is important to me that whatever you buy arrives to you in the best of conditions; as depicted in the images and as described in each case. I will make every effort to ensure that this happens. I will NOT just stick a stamp on it and hope for the best.

Dispatch:

Items purchased Mon-Fri- before 1200hr, will generally be dispatched the same day, or within 24hrs of purchase. Though please allow 48hrs.

Items purchased Fri-Sun after 1200hr Fri will get processed over the weekend and sent out the first following Monday morning (excluding UK bank Holiday Mondays). However, if you require the item urgently, please do drop me an email.

You will always be kept informed of your purchases and parcel dispatch.

Season Notice:

Due to the increased parcel volume during this holiday period, in addition to the latest UK Government guidelines regarding the pandemic. Please expect your parcels to be delayed. This can be upwards of 7 days after the final post before date, issued by eBay and the post office’s systems.

If you live within UK boarders and do not receive your item within the first week of posting, please contact me immediately, so that I am aware of this. Failure to do so may result in total loss of your item, and indeed any chance of compensation.

All parcel searches must be completed within a timely manner of the final post-date. Under the Consumer Rights Act, a 30-day maximum time line exist for this.

Any time after this will result in the inability to claim compensation, from either my shop, eBay, or the Postage service used.

Under the Consumer Rights Act:

You have a right to return something and to request your monies back if the item arrives faulty, and/or is not as described, in each case. However, I am under no obligation to give refunds if items are of sound quality and no longer required.

You are only entitled to an automatic refund once the item is safely returned at your own expense and checked over within 28 days of purchase. After this time, no refunds will be offered; items may be repaired and/or replaced by alternatives, if applicable.

Happy to send items Worldwide, Zones 1,2,3. This will be handled by eBay’s international global shipping. However, if you do not wish to use this service please enquire before purchasing any items to discuss alternatives.

International & EU Orders:

PLEASE BE AWARE: Due to the UK leaving Europe, all items leaving mainland UK will incur additional import, export taxes; customs duties and/or handling fees.

eBay’s international fees, are currently 0.6%, however, please note from January 1st 2022 this will raise to 1.26%

Other charges are set by the UK and destination Governments in addition to the handling operator, not myself.  The customer is responsible for paying these fees. These fees will have to be paid prior to delivery and/or on receipt of delivery. In addition to a custom declaration form being completed. These fees are additionally based on the item’s value and worth. It is important to note: I do not know what these costs will be, nor do I take receipt of additional monies. eBay will add these costs to your order and they will take the percentage.

If your item is lost, prior to leaving the UK, then a full reimbursement excluding additional fees will be made, however, only after thorough searches have been exhausted. Please note this can take upwards of 28 days after purchase to complete and establish.

Once parcels leave UK boarders, it will be up to you and your host country to search and trace the parcel. No refunds will be given. Though all purchases are backed by eBay’s money back guarantee. Therefore, all lost parcel claims will have to undergo this process. Which is lengthy. I will of course, offer as much help as possible to aid the search.

Important Notice:

To comply with UK and international regulations governing the carriage of mail, regarding hazardous materials and transportation of Lithium Ion batteries and to ensure the mail is safe for everyone, all items will be securely sent using a tracked UPS courier under Chemical code UN3480. And when possible allowed to naturally discharge on any units accompanying the sale. (You will have to fully charge batteries once they arrive)

Postage Types:

Most parcels will be sent out either 1st or 2nd class standard post.

More valuable items £50-£500 will be sent recorded/signed or special delivery to ensure that they arrive quickly and are covered by adequate insurance, should anything happen to them in transit.

However, if you wish to suggest an alternative postage carrier, I am happy to amend when necessary, providing correct payment has been received.

Packaging:

All items are sent in appropriate boxes, and when possible (space and weight allowing), are reinforced with recycled materials (stiffened cardboard, paper, foam. and/or bubble wrap).
