The BEATLES 45. USA Capitol CEMA Purple label issue for one of 31 1990s “Jukebox Only” Beatles singles. Labels are common purple 1990s CEMA style Issued from 1992 thru 1996 for these 31 different singles, most were reissues, about a dozen were new combos of Beatles tunes, including this one: BLACKBIRD and WHILE MY GUITAR GENTLY WEEPS. Both songs from THE BEATLES (WHITE ALBUM)! One Lennon/McCartney, One George Harrison written song on this 45 single. Translucent Blue vinyl, see photos, beautiful!! It comes with White sleeve only! Sorry! NOTE: 3 CEMA Beatles singles were released on 2 colors of vinyl: Love me do (Red alternate), Taxman (Black alternate), Norwegian wood (Green alternate). Of course the rarer versions (fewer issued) of these 3 are quite expensive!! If I recall right, only 10,000 to 30,000 of any of these 31 singles were pressed! Some are getting expensive like Lucy in the Sky, $75+!! Usually because these Cema pressings are the only way to get a given song on 45 worldwide!!! This BLACKBIRD single is Super Rare (only issued by one country). No other 45 single or EP of Blackbird worldwide!! It’s going to keep increasing in value too!! Meanwhile, While My Guitar Gently Weeps is very common worldwide, available from dozens of countries!! Yet it was never previously released on 45 in US or UK!!! This 45 Blue Vinyl Condition is Goldmine EX. Fully shiny, light scuffs if any, labels very clean and both sides plays thru well. This is a SUPER Collectable, the only Worldwide EMI issuance on 45 single of Blackbird! NOTE: both sides here are STEREO!! Stereo did not become common on 45s till 1969!
