This record was removed from it's wrap for play testing, so it has been played but once. I can hear gasps and calls from collector's of, " Why? Would you do that ". Let's just say been in it's original wrap doesn't mean the record plays well, and best checked to make sure it's not corrupted stock. So the record is fine.
Wilson Pickett here with his 1970 contribution titled, " In Philadelphia ". The title may suggest a live performance, but in fact it's a studio album. Comes as a unclipped American import, on original Atlantic label. Plenty of tracks that constitutes what is now called Northern Soul. It does crop up in the Rare record guide, but under a different title, and been an American press the codes won't match. A1/B1 MATRIX numbers present on the run off.
