Using the goldmine grading standard, record is graded as vg plus, sleeve as vg
Record is clean and glossy overall. There are some light non feelable surface scratches visible under light only. Plays with no major issues and nice audio throughout, in true mono audio! Some wiring on the label
Sleeve has wear as can seen in the pics, overall very presentable in my opinion.
