It's time to downsize for retirement so I'm selling off a lot of my album collection that I've replaced with CDs over the years. I don't know anything about original pressings or any of that but I can say that most of these I purchased as a kid in the '60s and '70s as they came out. I've played all of them all the way through before listing them and they play cleanly with no skips and no crackle unless stated. I'm not a professional and know nothing about grading. Any grading I've done is based on how the album plays and sounds, NOT on how it looks.
This auction is for a copy of Genesis' vinyl album Selling England by the Pound from 1973 on Charisma Records, featuring Peter Gabriel, Steve Hackett and Phil Collins. It includes the original lyrics insert. The album is Excellent and plays great but has a light crackle on The Cinema Show/Aisle of Plenty that can be heard during the quieter moments. It's never affected my enjoyment of the album. The album cover is in Very Good condition with ink writing in the upper right corner and a small stain on the back as shown in the photos. Please excuse the reflection in the photos. From a pet and smoke-free home.
Shipping and handling is $4.45 for domestic via media mail and international will be charged based on location but must be sent priority in order to provide tracking. I always combine shipping, so if you win more than one item, please wait for my invoice before you pay so the appropriate adjustment can be made. If not satisfied, I offer a full refund if returned within 30 days. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Payment is expected within 48 hours of the auction's end.
INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: I am regularly asked for a cheaper way to ship internationally. Sadly, there have been too many times when unscrupulous bidders have claimed they never received their item and I can't prove I sent it without a tracking number. Unless you can provide a tracking number, eBay will always side with the buyer and issue a refund, no questions asked. They will not accept a post office receipt or the customs documentation as acceptable proof. So I end up not only losing the money, but also the item and the significant cost to ship internationally. As a result of this, I will no longer ship without a tracking number and the only way to get a tracking number is to ship priority. So my apologies for being unable to accommodate requests for a less expensive way to ship. However, if shipping ends up being less than you've paid, I will always refund the difference.
