You are bidding on an incredibly rare colored vinyl variant of one of the greatest debut albums of my lifetime. Despite their subsequent world-conquering success, vinyl pressings of Coldplay's first album have been hard to come by, with long stretches out of print. Colored variants have been virtually impossible to obtain. This particular version wasn't even commercially available in the United States. 
This special 20th anniversary release gives Parachutes the ultimate treatment it deserves. Pressed on heavyweight vinyl, the album has never looked or sounded better. The translucent yellow absolutely shimmers on a turntable, giving different dimensions depending on how it hits the light. As for the sound quality, I've been listening to this album for over twenty years and it has simply never sounded like this. I genuinely consider it one of the best vinyl pressings I've ever owned. It's the definitive way to own and experience Coldplay's Parachutes.
