- Sleeve reverse is printed by 'Garrod & Lofthouse International' and has the apple aligned (less common than the misaligned apple variant).
- Original Emitex inlay: NM condition.
- Vinyl/Sleeve condition: VG/EX for its age.
- Matrix Side A: YEX 749-2.
- Matrix Side B: YEX 750-1.
