My only method of cleaning is a soft brush and cloth and some Audio Advisor product. That requires to listening to the LP with my turntable & needle... (which cost more money these days) and collecting the dust from the grooves. If a stubborn noise erupts I will then look under a light and microscope. It is quite time consuming. So I may miss a thing or two sometimes on my listings, like overlook a defect or to overgrade; but it is not intentional! I will always be here to help resolve the issue! I am a one man show , while taking care of an elder... That being said... Please play record a few times if I mentioned I have cleaned it and do not use another product until u do so! The enzymes work at eating the debris and play gets better, each time, usually much better If after a few plays you could try cleaning again with your product if stubborn static persists... All I ask is my buyers realize these points and be rest assured I offer a refund policy,  but I would prefer you email me so we can work something out first, I may have a back up copy... I have been collecting records since my 20's... Its has been a passion and a part-time hobby, I hope you love and enjoy music as much as I do, and selling is another way to get to know other people with a like minded interest as I. I offer a refund policy, so please give me the opportunity to make good if there is a problem with a transaction. I reserve the right to cancel a transaction after the sale If I find a missed defect on your behalf. Feel free to compare prices elsewhere you will find I am very reasonable. Don't waste your time if the seller does not listen to the lps, I have return 100's because of defects. Also please be aware I am A human being, and I do make mistakes! So be gentle and straight forward if you having any issues, I do not like having debates, I would rather listen to my music!  Happy Hunting!

Walsh was in a number of local groups prior to his joining Kansas, most notably the group White Clover that ultimately became Kansas. White Clover toured relentlessly and sharpened their brand of distinctively American, hard-rocking progressive music. Kansas and White Clover merged and the group was signed to 's label. The newly-merged bands decided to go with the name Kansas.

During Walsh's time with the band, Kansas recorded two enormously successful albums, 1976's  and 1977's . With Kansas, Walsh has released 12 studio albums, six live albums, and numerous singles. He has released three solo albums thus far. In 1978 he was invited, as well as Kansas drummer Phil Ehart, to play on 's second solo album, . He sang on two of the LP's songs, "Narnia" and "Racing in A". Hackett released "Narnia" as a single, but not before Walsh's management insisted that Hackett re-cut the track with another vocalist so as not to confuse Kansas fans into believing the track was a new Kansas release. John Perry, a relatively unknown singer, was hired to re-cut the "Narnia" vocal for the single release.

Walsh left Kansas after 1980's  due to creative differences with the band's primary songwriter . Earlier in 1980, he released his first solo album, , which included bandmates Livgren,  and , as well as guitarist  (who in 1985 would join the revamped Kansas). It contains the popular song "Every Step of the Way". In 1982 he formed a rock band called , which released the albums  in 1983 and  in 1985 before disbanding.

As a guest vocalist, Walsh has appeared on numerous other artists' recordings.

Kansas (who had obtained a different vocalist, ) split in 1984, but reformed in 1985 with Walsh back on board. He remained with the band until his retirement in 2014.

Walsh released his second solo album, entitled , in 2000. In 2003 he joined forces with Daniele Liverani to form the band Khymera. Walsh sang lead vocals on their first self-titled album. Adding to this album were Billy Greer and former Streets bandmate Mike Slamer. His third solo album,  followed in 2005 (reissued in 2007 with bonus tracks), with the collaboration of such musicians as  on drums,  on guitars and bass, and  on the re-issued version of the album's bonus tracks.

On June 30, 2014, Walsh announced he would retire from Kansas after 41 years.

In 2015 Walsh contributed vocals to the latest Radioactive album entitled F4UR, which was released on April 7, and he sings lead on the song "The Piper".

In 2017 Walsh released a collaborative "solo" album on the Escape Music label entitled Black Butterfly. Its release date was November 10. This release was a collaboration between Walsh and .
