Motorhead, eponymous 1st album, LP on the Chiswick (map) label with laminated sleeve and inner bag. Sleeve is VG with a crease and some corner wear; inner bag is VG with two words written inside (hard to see); vinyl is EX with a warp and a few surface marks but these do not affect playback.
