You are bidding on the original 1972 LP Still Bill by Bill Withers on the Sussex record label featuring the big hits Lean On Me and Use Me. I am NOT a professional grader but believe both the cover and record are in very nice VG plus or better condition; record has nice gloss and cover in nice shape too (does have some corner edge wear but not a lot) but please see pic to judge condition for yourself.
