rare German first press numbered edition (# Q982) vinyl 8LP box set released 1962 on DEUTSCHE GRAMMOPHON GESELLSCHAFT (DGG) stereo label with catalognumber SKL-101/8. 

Yes, vinyl has the 1962 date stamped into the trail-off vinyl, and the booklet has the first edition date 11/62 ... 

Beautiful clothbound box style as used only on the very first release (...see 3rd photo) with little signs of time only, complete with booklet (dated 11/62), insert, original inner sleeves, and vinyl in pristine NEARMINT/MINT condition! 

Famous performances by Herbert von Karajan conducting the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra recorded with true audiophile soundquality.
