Record itself is in very good condition. Does contain a bit of surface wear, but play tested before listing and found no issues whatsoever.
Sleeve is in very good condition. Lower right corner has a minor bend and top and bottom both show signs of surface wear near the middle.
Other minimal edge/shelf wear here and there. Generic faded (yellowing) white sleeve.
