This version is the "first label, revised cover" version. Dark green labels with a whole apple on the A-side label and a half, sliced-open apple on B-side. The labels have the "(An E.M.I. Recording)" text on two lines and "33 1/3" text centred underneath. Publishing year printed with a small ℗ symbol. The B-side label has "Her Majesty" credits.
Comes in a full laminated cover without flaps on the back side. The front cover has the drain showing, the rear cover has the Apple logo aligned with the text, and 'Her Majesty' is not listed.

Condition
Sleeve (EX): Some only very minor age related ringwear and storage wear. Corners are still very sharp and laminate still holds it original gloss.
Record (EX+): In very clean condition and shows very little signs of play, if any. Lovely clean labels with no visible spindle trails or any writing.
Inner (VG+): Original Apple inner sleeve in very good condition with no tears or seam splits.
