THE PSALMSMEN QUARTET is made up of Norris W. Shell, the lead singer; Harry E, Stout, who sings baritone; Jackie Slagle, tenor; Roger W, Peters, singing bass. AH members of this group are natives of Elizabethton, Tennessee. They are all Christians and have seen many souls saved through the gospel in songs and the power of God.
