The Gospel Choir of Lee Street Baptist Church, Bristol, Virginia- Tennessee presents "He's Sweet I Know" in recognition of the One Hundred Tenth Anniversary of their church. The Lee Street Baptist Church was organized in 1865 by a group of people of African descent at the dawn of Freedom who sought to provide a place for the worship of God, the education and welfare of their posterity; and to prepare for Jesus at his second coming, a church without spot or wrinkle. Across the years Lee Street Baptist has remained a strong and faithful church, and a true witness for the Lord Jesus. The Gospel Choir, which is a recently organized group of dedicated young adults and young married couples, believes that music is the language of the soul. This is a group that God has raised up in these last days to sing gospel songs to the Glory of Jesus and to bring inspiration to all who hear them. As they sing, they worship the Lord and will cause the audience to enter into worship and draw close to God, as they listened to this Choir. You will find "He's Sweet I Know," their first album, to be both inspirational and worshipful. You may also hear the voice of God speaking to you, for this is the testimony not only of the Gospel Choir, but also of the Church that has for over a century tried God and have found Him to be Able, Faithful, Reliable, and "Sweet".
