THE RECORD IS A  DECENT VG.  THE COVER IS A NICE VG/VG+ WITH SOME LIGHT BUBBLING OF THE LAMINATE. .   THIS WAS KEPT IN A STORAGE LOCKER FOR OVER 45 YEARS SO THERE MAY BE A SLIGHT AGE SMELL.
