The BEATLES 45, RARE single from INDIA on Black Parlophone labels, early 1966, one of ONLY 2 countries to release NORWEGIAN WOOD in the 60s!! This was another rarity Beatles India Single and they really sold well in foreign countries like India, Australia, Philippines and Canada. Still amazing to think about it!! Both Sides were unique hits in Spring 1966, as most of the world just got WeCan Work It Out and Day Tripper. This one also has DRIVE MY CAR, another worldwide rarity, only from 9 countries! INDIA was one of several countries to release more Beatles Singles than US, so their Singles from Japan, Philippines, Costa Rica, Greece, Mexico, and India are all quite Collectable, many Beatles songs NOT released in US or UK!! This Goldmine condition is VG+ on this record rarity! My Second highest grade! Mostly shiny with minor scuffs and marks but no scratches effecting play. BOTH SIDES PLAY THRU WELL, virtually NO clicks and the music is loud anyway, both sides!!! And nice clean labels, No writing!! NOTE: Photos taken under 2 spotlights so dust and specks show easily, but I do Disc Washer Cleaning before shipping so they arrive quite nice, considering most India Singles are often worn! For me NM is for Still Sealed records only!! EX means EXCELLENT vinyl, no need to search for a better copy!! And VG+ is fully Collectable until an EX comes along!! MOST OF THESE INTERNATIONAL BEATLES SINGLES ARE SUPER HARD TO FIND AS EX, MANY ARE QUITE RARE, ESPECIALLY THE ONES WITH RARE SONG COMBINATIONS. I’ve only seen this one about ONCE a year on EBay. These old 60s singles were made tough to hold up to high humidity and lots of wear and tear. Both songs are MONO!! Both songs are on my personal HTF List!
