RECORD- I looked at it under a bright light.  Used Played cond. Nice luster on both sides.  Side A.  Has a light and  faint sleeve scuffs and light scratches. Side B. Has a light and  faint sleeve scuffs and light scratches .  
Label- Clean.Both sides show light wear.  SEE PICS

Cover- Cover shows wear creases in front and back of the cover.  Corners have wear. Record has ripped thru the inner sleeve in spots SEE PICS
