I'm usually not one to dole out the NM when grading records, but it's hard to find any flaws here. Sharp corners, no ring wear, no shelf wear, spine intact and clean. Disc as well... no spindle marks, no scuffs, lines or scratches. Nevertheless, i'd have to give it the EX+++ grade for both the cover and disc.
