The Best of Oingo Boingo LP Album on the A&M Records label (SP-5217), 1989. Promotional (Promo) copy, as stamped on back cover. Record is play tested and in VG+ condition. Cover also VG+ with normal edge and corner storage wear (ding on upper right corner), and some light surface scuffing. Has an original hype sticker on front. Rare! Alternative Rock.
