This came from an estate in NJ. We do estate clean out services and do not know the full history of this record. You will receive the exact item you see. The person who's estate it was had a nice collection. It's obviously never been opened, but there are a couple of small areas of separation in the shrink-wrap (see pics). We are not professional record graders, so you will have to judge for yourself from the pictures.
