The deepest expressions of thought and emo- tion are those a songwriter captivates and puts into lyric and melody. It is our intent to try and convey some of the emotions we have captured and put them into song ... to relate some of our day-to-day experiences and feelingsfhopesand dreams, and bring them together in an album so that we might share, with you, some of our common experiences. To declare to the world the power of Christ and to let them know that HE ST ILL REIGNS . . . and because He reigns we have a REELIN', WONDERFUL FEELIN' about our salva- tion ... so that with joy we can say to all believers, "Come, join with us and CLAP YOUR HANDS AND PRAISE THE LORD!" At least for myself I say, "Why shouldn't I be happy? Every- thing that I ever longed and hoped for was not beyond reach, for when I gave my heart to Jesus . . . well, HE MADE MY DREAMS COME TRUE. When I awaken each morning, my one request of the Lord is, "LET ME FEEL YOUR HAND IN MINE." Just to know that, no matter what the future holds, He has said, "I'LL BE THERE!" When I look back on all my experiences and my relationship with the Lord, I find myself saying it again: "I LOVE HIM MORE TODAY THAN I DID YESTERDAY." I have no desire to look any where else for satisfaction, for ALL I NEED I'VE FOUND IN JESUS. His name may not mean much to some, but to us who have believed, JESUS (is the) SWEETEST NAME ON EARTH! For we know that, when all is said and done . . . and life here on earth is completed, He will say to us, "PLEASE COME HOME WITH ME." All these experiences and feelings have been in our hearts . . . and we just wanted to share them with you now. Thanks ... for listening to the utterances of our souls!
