This is a classic Christmas album that no holiday music fan's collection should be without. I am not a professional grader but I think everything appears to be in Good Plus or better condition overall and I try to take close-up photos of all damage, such as rips and seam splits, etc. I give everything a close visual inspection and try to under-grade what I think they may be.
