SIDE TWO MESSAGE OF THE SEVEN BIGGEST FOOLS (Sermon)

I want to introduce to you my sister, Jerry, who is the soloist for most of our meetings. Jerry is the greatest Christian I've ever known. To fiear Jerry, and to see the tears as she sings is truly inspiring to all. When she was a little girl they would put an apple crate behind the pulpit for her to stand on so she could be seen. Now, that isn't necessary for she stands 4'9" today. She resides in Tampa, Fla., with her husband, Albert, and their only child, Diana, who sacrifice her in the home in order that she can sing the praises of God. Jerry has had no formal training. What you will hear is truly God given. My prayer is that you might enjoy this one who was instrumental in bringing our entire family to the Lord Jesus Christ. Wade We are told in the Scriptures that God calls early. I was 12 years old when I felt the call to the gospel ministry. By the age of 16 I was being used in youth meetings and at 19 I pastored my first church. Even though I pursued the pastorate for nearly ten years, I always felt that my ministry was evangelism. I was pastor of Witt Baptist Church in Morristown, Tenn., when the Lord called me to full time evangelism. I do believe this is Scriptural (Eph. 4:11.) In the little time I've been in the work, God has blessed. I've spoken in every size church from a hundred to thousands, in tents, ball stadiums, clubs, camps, governors mansions, schools, colleges, bars - you name it and we have spoken there. We have been throughout the United States and to several countries abroad. Our congregations have been from rich to poor, educated and illiterate, black and white, the high and the low. I thank the Lord for my formal education at Trinity College in Tampa, Fla., Carson Newman College in Jefferson City, Tenn., and the University of Tennessee. But above all for the education given by the Holy Spirit, (Zech. 4:6.) This record is dedicated to my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, my wife, Marion, and our children: Bobby, Cheryl, Bryan and Scotty. WADE CLEMONS> EVANGELIST INC.j Box 444 Morristown, Tenn.
Wade Clemons is God's man. God has richly blessed the evangelistic ministry of Wade Clemons in many marvelous ways. Wade has the gift of being an evangelist, and he proclaims the good news of Jesus Christ with power. He is a Spirit-filled and a Spirit-led preacher of the Bible. God has endowed Wade with an attractive appearance and a delightful personality. Young people hear him eagerly and older folks love him too. He is one of the finest young evangelists in our Southern Baptist Convention. To hear him preach is to believe that God continues to call outstanding young men to the field of full-time evangelism. God is present where Wade is preaching. You will give thanks for the blessings of hearing the proclamations of this warm-hearted evangelist. He preached the inspired Word, he exalts the living Christ, and he honors the local Church. Being the pastor to his lovely wife, to his precious children, and to him is one of my delightful privileges. The Clemons are faithful supporters of our Church and my ministry. I can recommend Wade Clemons knowing that he will preach the Word with compassion and will manifest his concern for lost people. Wade Clemons does "the work of an evangelist." William L. Palmer, Pastor First Baptist Church Morristown, Tennessee 37814 It was a real pleasure to have Rev. Wade Clemons in the New Orleans Baptist Church for a Revival Meeting at the time this album was made. I have known Rev. Clemons since his school days as he attended school in Tampa. In addition to being an outstanding athlete, he was an outstanding pupil and very popular on the school campus. It was a thrill to hear him deliver the Gospel in such a power- ful, pungent way, appealing to the youth and adults alike, as you will be able to tell when you hear the sermon on this album. Mrs. Gerry Dot Alverson (Rev. Clemon's Sister,) whose voice you will hear on this recording, is one of the most precious souls you will want to meet. It will thrill your heart to hear her. In addition, the numbers done by the New Orleans Baptist Church Choir have thrilled my heart many times.
