The sleeve is in great condition. One tiny small tape spot bottom middle.No other splits. One side has some tape residue maybe and sticker residue as shown on that side.The record plays great.
The sleeve is basically between VG+ and EX to be safe.Has a cardboard stiffener inside for past 25 years
