Here is a vinyl LP of "The Story and Song from The Haunted Mansion".  Based on the fact it's a monaural recording with a purple label, I'm guessing it's an early pressing.   I listened to it through stereo speakers and, for being a kid's record probably over 50 years old, it's sounds pretty good.  There is some light scratching in spots but no skips nor does the needle get stuck anyplace.
The album is in very good shape with the only issues being it doesn't close square (photo 13) and there's a bit of wear at both the top and bottom folds (photos 14 & 15)   The pages are still tightly bound to the album (though the very last page is no longer completely glued to the cover but is attached to the rest of the pages and it doesn't flop).
