THE LABELS ARE CLEAN. THE PICTURE SLEEVE GRADES A VG+. IT IS CLEAN WITH LIGHT WEAR AND HAS STAPLE HOLES IN THE TOP CORNERS, A SMALL TEAR ON ONE SIDE (SEE PICTURES) AND A PRICE STICKER ON ONE SIDE.
