Description: 1970's-era private press folk/country out of Dallas, TX. Signed on the back by Bella.

Sleeve Condition: VG, sleeve is solid, but doesn't seem to have been stored well. There is ring wear and scuffing.  No tears or splits though. No major bends. Has what I believe is the original inner sleeve. There is a signature and personal note on the back in black pen, mostly clean with just a light bit of smearing. 

Vinyl: VG++, vinyl is flat and super-clean. Hasn't been played much at all.  No scuffs or scratches, no hairlines.  Looks and sounds fantastic.
