Mint (M): The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration of sound quality. Used only for new or sealed items!

Excellent (EX): The record shows very minor signs of having been played only a few times and there is absolute no lessening of sound quality. There may be only a few visual and absolute no audible surface marks. The record has been test played!

Very Good (VG): The record has obviously been played frequently but displays no deterioration of sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and an occasional light scratch. There may be some light audible surface marks.

Good (G): The record has been played so much the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches.
