A real Vinyl record with new label backed with Please Please Me cover

Released on March 22nd 1963, while Parlophone were transitioning to the fresher looking black and yellow label, the first 2 pressings of The Beatles debut album were on the existing gold and black label. It was released in both mono and stereo and this repro is the  mono version. It also features the "Dick James Music Co" credit. (This was changed to "Northern Songs" for the second pressing.)
