The songs were composed by a host of industry greats, including Mike Viola (That Thing You Do!, Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story), Lyle Workman (Superbad), Dan Bern (Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story), Jarvis Cocker (Pulp), Carl Barat (The Libertines), Greg Kurstin and Inara George (The Bird and The Bee), as well as Judd Apatow and Jason Segel.

Get Him To The Greek is performed by Infant Sorrow, with an appearance by Jackie Q (Rose Byrne). The band behind Infant Sorrow is Russell Brand, Chris Chaney (Jane's Addiction), Joey Waronker (Beck), Eric Schermerhorn (They Might Be Giants), Victor Indrizzo (Forgetting Sarah Marshall), Josh Freese (The Vandals), and more.

Infant Sorrow - Get Him To The Greek is pressed across two colorful 140-gram vinyl variants and includes a full-color double-sided insert, which features stills from the film, as well as album art from the Infant Sorrow discography.
