Tool genuine in-shrink Opiate 1st pressing EP released September 17, 1996 with dark printed Zoo labels and printed inner sleeve with original cat# 72445-11027-1 and promo cut on the bottom of the right side of the cover.

Parental Advisory "Explicit Lyrics" sticker appears on the bottom right of the front cover and is placed on cover (under shrink wrap). Sealed in old style with vertical shrink overlap visible on back.
Inner sleeves are printed and contains the cat# 72445-11027-1 on front bottom center of sleeve (printed in white ink).

Dark labels are also printed and contains the following text:

Side B is double cut.

Record is in VG/VG+ condition with visible paper scuffs and hairlines on both sides and medium level hum and some crackles audible especially in quiet parts but still plays well with no skips at all. Inner sleeve is in VG++ condition with promo cut.  Sleeve is still in shrink but with some creases on corners and spine or opening but still in VG/VG+ condition.
The real 1st pressing still in shrink in overall VG+ condition complete and very hard to find nowadays.

I tried to clearly and honestly present to buyer all imperfections on photos but please check carefully all the photos by yourself and ask for as many additional photos/questions as needed for your comfort.
