Glassjaw - Jesus Glue 7" single + GJ record adapter.
GJ89/Masterdisk. Single sided with blank b-side. The middle is cut-out as the shape of GJ logo and requires a special adapter to play. Very good condition and rarely spun. Tested recently and plays through just fine. Light surface marks (pictured) on vinyl are not deep and do not damage the sound, just a minor eyesore. Tiny crease on the photo side of the cover, bottom right (pictured). I purchased it used but it's been well kept in my possession for over 10 years.
