This is a very good copy of REM - Fables of the Reconstruction Vinyl LP 1985 IRS Records.
The record looks great. The sleeve has some creasing, but otherwise is fine. The jacket has some wear around the edges and a small tear on the spine. I would say it is in very good condition.
