Up for auction is an album from what was my wife's collection. The particulars are as follows: II found this album in an upstairs closet, in a paper bag with some other Buffett albums. My wife must have purchased the album in the early 90's, right before we got married. I didn't know they were there. We never had a record player until her dad passed away in 2008. That's when we needed one because I had promised my father-in-law that I would try to sell his albums upon his passing. Before that, my wife and I never had a record player because we had, and I still do, cats. Record players and cats aren't real compatible. Instead, my wife and I got our Buffett fix through cassettes and CD's. The Buffett albums were never played, at least not here. Th album listed was purchased at a second-hand record store. I know the one. It went out of business quite a while ago, but the records they sold were always of good quality. I did listen to this album before I listed it. It has an excellent sound, as I didn't hear any background noise. Plus, the album has two of Jimmy's best songs: He Went to Paris and Death of an Unpopular Poet.
