Cover (VG+) has ring wear, shelf wear, edge wear, corner wear. Dinged corners, chipping along rear gatefold upper seam, especially towards the center about an inch is showing signs of splitting. Light spotting on rear towards bottom. Writing in pen on rear upper left corner (initials). Disc (VG++) is clean overall with a few superficial sleeve scuffs and hairlines that do not affect play.
