Cover (VG+) has light ring wear, corner wear, edge wear, small creases along spine and upper and lower seams. Chipped upper left corner, chipping on bottom of spine. 3 inches of the center bottom seam is beginning to show signs of splitting. The outer paper layer on rear has a small tear on the bottom left corner. (See pics)
Disc (VG) has some light surface wear in the form of superficial sleeve rub marks, sleeve scuffs, and hairlines that do not affect play. I would grade this as a VG+, but there is one feelable scuff in the last minute of side 2 at the very end that results in a light audible tick, but nothing that overpowers the music. Hence the VG grade.
