THIS ITEM:
ORIGINAL UK PRESSING, SOLID BLUE PRISM LABEL, TRUE VERY DARK BLUEY BLACK GATEFOLD SLEEVE, WITH
NO FLAW ON 'MONEY' WHICH IS A RARE THING AS THE VAST MAJORITY OF THESE FIRST PRESSINGS HAVE THE FLAW, SO THE AUDIO IS NOT EFFECTED AND VERY LISTENABLE THROUGHOUT.
COMEX COMPLETE WITH BOTH STICKERS AND POSTERS.
MATRIX; A-2, B-2.
Condition and details below:
The outer gatefold sleeve is intact. It shows signs of wear front and back, and some wear on spine/edges, some creases on openings and some scratches on front. Please look at all the photos for a clear idea
Original black inner sleeve has frayed at the opening and the inner polythene is a bit loose. There are some tears to centre, a big one on one side...
The 2 posters are close to excellent, have not been displayed at any time and look to be in good original shiny condition
The 2 original stickers are unused. Both have some creases across them.
The labels are excellent, very clear and strong colur blue in centre, very readable. Just some very light signs of use on close inspection around spindle hole
The vinyl has light scuffs and hairlines on both sides - NO FEELABLE SCRATCHES AND NO JUMPS / STICKS ! (see pics for general condition)
It is a very good listen overall, some pops occasionally and the light scuffs causing a bit of crackle in runins/quietest moments, which is as expected really. The most powerful bits sound really strong . Have a listen to the recorded clips as this gives a good idea...
Look at the screenshot of the graph from the Discogs entry in the photos. The most recent one (16/3) sold for over £1100 (OK - it was NM by all accounts, so not expecting that for this...) - the average is over £300 though ; so... a reasonably low auction start - sensible offers considered. Happy Bidding
