Diese Reissue-Ausgabe aus den Niederlanden in schwarzer Farbe kommt in einer Papphülse und hat eine Katalognummer von 5C 062-04243. Die Schallplatte und die Außenhülle sind in einem sehr guten Zustand (VG+).
