Cover (EX) has a dinged lower right corner. A few small creases along spine and upper seam. Disc (EX+) has a few tiny superficial sleeve scuffs that do not affect play. The scuffs are so tiny and insignificant that the grading is borderline NM. Super clean, highly collectible copy!
