This is a rare 1970's reissue pressing of the classic ASCENSION LP by JOHN COLTRANE on Impulse! Records (A-95) from 1965. An absolutely essential jazz record from this legendary artist! The vinyl is in VG++ condition; visibly glossy and quite clean with a small marking in black felt pen on the B-side label, as pictured, and only the slightest hint of unobtrusive surface noise. The gatefold cover is in NM- condition with a marking in black felt pen on the top right of the back side and a tiny promotional drill hole through the bottom left corner, as pictured, being the only notable flaws. Don't pass this one up!
