Please note the following

Each Vinyl Record is sent in a new professional music mailer with a minimum of 2 professional stiffeners for double vinyl and gatefold sleeves with a third added for single vinyl where it is practical to do so. The mailers used are double walled for extra sturdiness. Each Album cover comes in a protective clear plastic sleeve unless it is already sealed and placing it in an outer sleeve would prove difficult given the overall size of the sealed item. Where the item is unsealed the vinyl is removed from the sleeve and inner sleeve and placed in an anti static plain paper sleeve. This is done at the point when the photographs are taken to ensure there is minimum handling of the Vinyl and as such the Vinyl is forwarded as it was received. This is the only point when the Vinyl is handled.  No cleaning of the Vinyl takes place prior to despatch due to the different cleaning preferences of the individual collectors. All Vinyl is New and Unplayed. All Vinyl is sent by tracked delivery to expedite the delivery process. The cost for all this is reflected in the current Royal Mail postage costs for the  tracked 24 small parcel service. As the buyer only pays this charge the cost of all the packaging mentioned above is absorbed by myself. There are cheaper delivery options available but I prefer not to compromise on this to make the delivery process as I would expect it to be. Hopefully this all makes sense.
