According to  this is the 3rd label version.
- The Rights Societies appear on one line and are all in boxes.
- Publishing 'Mirage Music' appears below the Rights Societies.
- There is the tax code K/T S printed above the inverted matrix number on the labels.
- Grooved label.
- The catalogue number on the label is the same as on the sleeve.

Laminated with 'Clarifoil' made by British Celanese Limited (front sleeve only).

Sleeve and spine in great condition, light creasing only, no rips. The rear is faded a bit and shows some handling marks but relatively clean
The vinyl is clean and in great condition for its age. There are some light scratches/marks, more on side two than one , and the labels show some light usage
How does it plays?  Side one - has some light scuffs that do not impact play; with surface noise present in quiet parts. 
Side two - flight 505/high and dry, small scratch, some ticks and the odd pop here and there, a lighter scratch nearer the end and light surface noise, nothing too obtrusive
