This is an original 1986 pressing of Slayer's "Reign In Blood" album, released under Def Jam. The vinyl record is 12 inches in size and plays at 33 RPM. The cardboard sleeve case type contains the LP, which is a first edition, not a first pressing. The record was produced by Rick Rubin and is made of high-quality vinyl material. The runout etching says: SRC (logo) GHS - 24131 - B - SR - 1 MASTERDISK (logo), and the release year is 1986. The album is in the metal genre and has a speed of 33 RPM. It was manufactured in the United States and is a must-have for any Slayer fan or vinyl record collector.
The cardboard sleeve has splits that were repaired many years ago with Scotch tape. The vinyl looks pretty clean with minimal scratches. The cardboard cover is in pretty good shape with a few scuffs and wrinkles. There is also some damage to the spine, as seen in pics.
Overall, it's in good condition.
Please let the pictures be your guide as I do not like to "grade" albums because it can be subjective.
I try to show any imperfections as best I can, but there may be scratches/imperfections that do not show up well in pics that I missed.
All albums have been tested and played, but I do not listen to the entire album as I don't have the time.
This album is guaranteed to be authentic vintage as it was part of my personal collection, which I am liquidating.
Please see my other listings, and check back often as I have lots of old metal, punk, hardcore, rock, etc, music, and memorabilia I'm selling.
If you check my feedback, you will see I am very conscientious and very careful about packaging and shipping, so rest assured.
If you make multiple purchases, I will do my best to combine shipping.
All albums are shipped in special album mailers, which are purpose made. The album will also be protected from moisture.
Thank you for looking, and ROCK ON!
