This package includes the new TTPD Anthology Vinyl, the new Eras Tour Book, a slightly used non-working light up bracelet and confetti from the Eras Tour, night two New Orleans, and blue star confetti from a previous 1989 TV order. I have heard that you can replace the batteries in the bracelet and it will light up again, but I am not sure. It has the dead batteries inside.
