Record, slip, and cover are in good condition. Cover does show some wear, but not bad for a near 70 year old album.
There are a few small scratches on side 2. These scratches are shown in the pictures. I tested the area of the scratches and the record played with no skips, but did have some minor crackles. The rest of the album sounded great.
