Supertramp's 3rd studio Lp Crime Of The Century was their launch to fame . Richard Davies Roger Hodgson wrote or cowrote the tracks with the highlights of School ,(with perhaps the greatest keyboard solo in the rock era) ,Bloody Well Right , Dreamer , and IMO the best track The Title Track Crime Of The Century. I personally have owned the MFSL 1980 release of this recording as well as MOFIs UHQR version and there is no doubt that this 1st pressing is a far superior sounding of either of those pressings . I sold both of those records last year and did rather well. So this pressing ,a far better pressing will be priced for considerably less due to the fact that a lot of the majority of perspective buyers go for the half speed remasters , I once did also.
