This album comes from the estate of a La Crosse, Wisconsin resident who was on the board of directors of the Mary E. Sawyer Auditorium and the La Crosse Center. It is believed that he would obtain the signatures when artists would come to perform. I have lots of albums from many artists with signatures from this estate. The autographs are believed to be authentic and there is no COA.
The signature is very readable and appears to be written in marker. The cover is in Very Good++ shape with very minimal shelf wear. The sound of the album is Very Good++. It sounded great to me on my stereo console.
