With black labels and textured "blotter-paper" gatefold jacket.

Printed black and white inner paper sleeve.

Includes 12" X 15-1/2" four panel insert.

Side I, Track 5 recorded live at the Fillmore East.

Based on Discogs search the black labels, along with the blotter paper jacket and the HELLO/GOODBYE WATERFACE runout inscriptions, 

indicate thiis is likely to be a first issue.

LP Condition: VG+ to VG++ - Backgound noise is minimal.

Cover Condition: VG+ to VG++ - Some minor wear on the edges and corners. Negligible ring wear.

Paper sleeve split on one side.

Grading is based on the Goldmine Grading fo Records. I try to be conservative in my ratings, and not oversell the condition. 

Unless otherwise stated, these LPs are from my personal collection, and were all purchased new over the years.

I have played each album in full prior to grading and placing it up for auction.

Shipping for a single LP is $3.75.

For combined purchases, first LP is $3.75, each additional LP is $0.50. (2 LPs = $4.25, 3 LPs = $4.75, etc.)

Maximum shipping amount for multiple purchases is $4.75.

Double albums count as 2 LPs for shipping purposes. (1 double album = $4.25)
